Biography

Samy was born and grew up on Merseyside then moved to London where we completed both his undergraduate and post-graduate training. His fields of expertise are Oral Surgery, Periodontics, Dental Sedation and Medico-legal ethics.

Teaching and training have been at the forefront of Samy's career. He served as a teacher at King's College London from 2000 to 2014 and with approximately 150 students graduating per year, it's fair to say a substantial number of London's dental graduates have been taught by Samy at some stage. He was then contacted by Dubai Dental School to spread his expertise internationally where we went on to teach postgraduate students in specialist training.

Samy is the Founder and Director of Oral Surgery Ltd, a UK healthcare organisation that receives and manages NHS Oral Surgery referrals across London and the South Coast. He is also an Examiner for the world prestigious Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

Furthermore, Samy qualified in Law from Cardiff Law School therefore practices the most ethical patient-centred healthcare with his advanced understanding of patient rights and the importance of being informed and making their own decisions.

​

On a personal front, Samy is married to the most beautiful Dr Maysoon, a general and cosmetic dentist, and has one son named Idrees. He is a passionate supporter of Liverpool Football Club and is a season ticket holder, sitting in arguably the best seat at Anfield. Look out for him on TV holding an Egyptian flag for his favourite player as the team come out the tunnel.
